'I don’t blame the DVD for that either, just just who I am. If I’m eating well and training well I’ll be drinking kale smoothies and giving birth to avocados, that’s the kind of person I am, but if I’m on a night out I’m on a night out, I’m quite extreme.'
She went on: 'Now I’m older, turning 30, I’m a bit more sensible, more measured and I’ve found a happy balance with my weight.
'For me, being a size six was amazing for a while, but there’s not an awful lot of Pop Tarts and Prosecco involved – and I can’t live life without them'.
